It is produced in the area overlooking the south-eastern coast of Lake Garda, between Bardolino and Peschiera and the nearby hinterland. It is obtained from the wine-making of three grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Merlot. The grapes, destemmed and crushed, are fermented for 10 days in steel tanks at a temperature of 26 ° C. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins by soft pressing.
