Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera, Sangiovese. Uve raccolte a mano. È il tipico vino autoctono che si beve sulle rive del Garda nelle piacevoli giornate estive. Il colore rosato cerasuolo con riflessi rubino, i riflessi lucenti e la cromatura pulita confermano l’alto livello di integrità raggiunta. Una particolare lavorazione in uso nell’entroterra morenico del Garda bresciano consente di ottenere dalle uve rosse previste dal Disciplinare della D.O.C. (Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera e San Giovese) questo vino dai brillanti riflessi cerasuoli, dal profumo intenso di rosa e fiore di mandorla e dal gusto raffinato. Chiaretto ottenuto dopo macerazione a freddo per 8 ore, svinato per alzata di cappello.
