All’analisi visiva si denotano colori che si modellano con l’oro non intenso, le cui sfumature tendono al verdolino tenue ben strutturato; la trama è intatta e si nota dal disco vinoso che mostra archetti gliceridi densi e compatti. Tutto è pulito ed integro quanto basta dimostrabile alla rotazione del bicchiere, nonché a bicchiere fermo. Vino abbinabile ad una vasta composizione gastronomica, con una predilezione sia per piatti a base di pesce di mare, sia con paste e risotti nonché con secondi sempre di pesce, alla brace, in casseruola, al cartoccio, fritture mediterranee, gratinati, zuppe in varie maniere e secondo la tradizione locale.
