It appears very dark, almost black, with sometimes dark green hues. Very viscous it keeps a liquid status for a long time. It has a fragrance of wood, smoke, of medium intensity with a less sweet taste than the traditional one. The aroma is similar to its fragrance, of medium intensity with caramelised and malty notes of long persistence.
