Our mountain multi-flower honey is usually "a good honey" with "classic flavour". It has a colour ranging from light to dark. The crystallisation takes place over a medium term and mitigates the initial colour. Average, delicate fragrance. Also the flavour is sweet, never too harsh or aggressive with an aroma similar to its fragrance with medium persistence.
