For orders under € 190 shipping costs vary based on the destination country and the weight of the products ordered, as listed in the tables reported in the Shipping and Returns page. As soon as your order is confirmed, we will prepare the items for shipping, which will be entrusted to a selected courier. When the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once you receive your order, if you are not satisfied with its content, you can return all or some of the items you purchased by contacting us within 14 days from receipt of the package. You can exercise your withdrawal right only if the product and the packaging are not damaged in any way.
