This page describes the methods and the logics of the processing related to the personal data of the users (hereinafter referred to as the Users) that visit the site:

The privacy policy is provided pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 – Code on personal data protection for all Users that by interacting with the Site provide the Company with their personal data. The validity of the privacy policy contained in this page is limited to the Site only and does not extend to other websites that may be viewed by following hyperlinks.

Persons in charge, Data Supervisors and Data Processing offices

The data will be processed by personnel of the Data Controller after the appointment of employees and contractors as persons in charge of the data processing. Any third parties to which the data may be disclosed for the performance of the data processing operations related to the purposes specified in this privacy policy will be previously appointed by the Data Controller as Data Supervisors pursuant to article 29 of the Code on the Protection of Personal Data. The data will not be disseminated.

All data collected will be processed at the Data Controller's headquarters.

Navigation data
During their normal operation, computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, some personal data whose dissemination is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but due to its nature it could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users that connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, request time, method used to submit the request to the server, file size obtained as an answer, numeric code indicating the answer status provided by the server (successful conclusion, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and user computer environment.

These data are used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor its correct operation and are immediately deleted after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes to the detriment of the site: without prejudice to this occurrence, currently the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

The Data Controller adopts all security measures established by the Privacy Code to protect the collected data in order to prevent the risk of data loss or theft, unauthorized access, illegal or improper use.

Rights of the concerned parties

Users may at any time exercise the rights established by article 7 of the Privacy Code, in order to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data and to know their content and origin, verify their correctness or request their integration or updating or rectification. Under the same provision, the User may also request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data unlawfully processed, and oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. All such requests must be addressed to the Data Controller.

The privacy policy of this website may be subjected to updates. Therefore, users are invited to check its contents periodically.
