Nostrano pork salami. Pork meats are trimmed, ground with medium grain, salted and flavoured with typical aromas of our valley, kneaded, stuffed into natural pork gut casing, dried for about 4 days, and finally seasoned for a minimum of 35 days. Vacuum packed in 700 g cuts.
