Hard paste cheese, cooked and with slow ageing, natural acidity from fermentation, from cow's raw milk whose base feeding comes from green and preserved fodder, originating from two milking per day, rested and partially skimmed by surfacing. Cheese featuring light straw yellow colour, white or straw yellow paste.
Certified by a control body authorized by Mipaaf.
Vacuum packed in 500 g cuts.
