Traditional cheese produced with milk from the stables located in the heart of Parco Alto Garda Bresciano. Semi-fat semi-hard paste with black truffle addition. A variant of Formagella di Tremosine with added truffle. A cheese produced from cow's milk obtained from cattle raised in the heart of Parco Alto Garda Bresciano. Cylindrical wheel 16-18 cm, heel 5-7 cm, irregular small holes, characteristic delicate flavour. Vacuum packaged cheese.

MILK, salt, black summer truffle 0.2% (Tuber Aestivum vitt., extra virgin olive oil, aromas), rennet, lactic ferments. Rind is not edible. Origin of milk: Italy
