Traditional cheese produced with milk from the stables located in the heart of Parco Alto Garda Bresciano. Skilfully aged in premises with selected moulds and subsequently aged in red pomace and subsequently in red wine. A delicious product that is highly digestible. Traditional Tremosine smoked product with semi-hard paste, with holes and fragrant flavour and delicate fragrance of mountain meadows, enriched by natural smoke aroma. Cylindrical shape 16-18 cm, heel 5-7 cm, irregular small holes, characteristic delicate flavour. Vacuum packaged cheese.

Half-fat semi-hard paste cheese
MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Aged in red wine 3.0% -4.0% (Traces of sulphites). Non edible rind. Origin of milk: Italy

Tremosine Plateau in Parco Alto Garda Bresciano.
Not less than 40 days.
Present ingredients: MILK and MILK based products (including LACTOSE). Traces present: none. Present in traces: SULPHITES (in the crust).
