Formagella Tremosine cheese
Traditional cheese produced in Tremosine on the Garda. With moderate holes and soft paste. Its flavour is fragrant and the scent reminds of mountain meadows. Thanks to its ageing, which occurs in premises with selected moulds, Tremosine Formagella is a unique, exquisitely good and easy to digest cheese. Half-fat semi-hard paste cheese. Cylindrical wheel 16-18 cm, heel 5-7 cm, irregular small holes, characteristic fragrance. Vacuum packed cheese in three different cuts.
