Aged at least 12 months, Tremalzo cheese is a product that reflects all the naturalness of the Alpe del Garda cheeses. It is produced with the milk of the Brown Alpine Italian cattle breed, raised exclusively at the Alpe del Garda Cooperative Farm. Tremalzo Cheese is produced using vegetarian rennet; it is a yellow and hard paste cheese with a minimum ageing period of 12 months. An ideal cheese both at mealtimes and as a grated cheese. Vacuum packed in two different cuts.

Semi-fat hard paste cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk.
Brown Italian cattle MILK, salt, vegetarian rennet (Cynara Cardunculus), lactic ferments, lysozyme (natural protein derived from eggs), saffron. Rind treatment: refined linseed oil. Rind is not edible. Origin of milk: Italy
Not less than 12 months.
